Return Policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 7 days from the date you receive your item, allowing you to request a return within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item should be unworn or unused.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another, the quickest way to do so is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. Similar to our standard return policy, the item must meet specific conditions, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
